According to Quantum Physics there is One consciousness, that we ALL are part of. Meaning that on the quantum level we share consciousness with the greatest geniuses, artists, creators, the Source of all Creation his/her Self! The life force that creates universes lives and breathes through us - I call this force; Muse. Some call it Spirit. A deep and powerful experience of connection to something far greater. That fills us with purpose, awe and wonder. I deeply believe this connection is the primary work of all artists, to tap into this great mysterious force and then; surrender. Allowing Creation to move us into our own unique creative soul expression. Remembering, Reclaiming and Restoring our Creative Power is an inside job requiring a certain level of courage. Much like the caterpillar building her cocoon coffin, this journey is one of letting go of all that blocks our creative freedom, trusting in that sometimes uncomfortable metamorphosis process, and finally allowing your beautiful wings to emerge in all their intended magical grace and glory.
This course is an inward journey designed with the intention to provide the space and prompts so you can align yourself with your own Creative Source and Muse. To deeply connect with yourself as the Artist, the Creator; of your life. This journey is a combination of guided meditations, creativity practices, colour magik, full step-by-step painting sessions (via video and some via audio only ;) where together we will create beautiful and meaningful masterpieces start to finish.
You will be guided through: connecting to and painting your own visions, exploring and expressing intentional emotion through colour and intuitively allowing your own style to emerge. You will also be guided step-by-step through painting an epic gold leaf sunset, a moonlit lily pad lagoon, a mystical waterfall with a glowing doorway of light, and more.

Each week we will go on a guided meditation journey together to create a solid foundation for creative energy to thrive and flow effortlessly in your body, mind and life. This is a deep dive into clearing any clutter and creative blocks you may consciously or unconsciously be carrying as well as healing your wounded artist (inner child), retrieving and reclaiming the fullness of your souls creative power. This requires a willingness to let go of what is no longer serving your highest good, an open heart to expand more fully into your powerful creative self and an open mind to consider ways of thinking and being that may be new and may cause transformation and shift. 3. painting sessions
After retrieving soul intentions, power symbols, and colour frequencies to work with we will paint a total of 7 masterpieces. You will be guided every step of the way. We will play with acrylic paint, work with gold leaf and metallics, paint in layers and use texture, dive into the magic of colour frequencies and break all the rules of composition while listening to your inner teacher and muse, and cultivate your creative intuition. On our final week we will journey to The Cosmic Canvas, a self exploration of your own unique soul expression and creative purpose. With all your new painting and imagination skills you will create your own painting based on what you receive from your own inner Cosmic Canvas, completely guided by your all knowing Muse and Essence.

Class 1 ~ Your Creative Power ~ Connect with your inner artist, receive an intention through elevated emotions; and paint that! Create an abstract painting with Linzy’s multi layered texture techniques in our first practice of creating straight from your heart and essence - with a formula to bypass the mind. Build and infuse emotion into your work and allow your art to tell a story through layers of colour.
Class 2 ~ Your Sacred Intuitive Senses ~ Connect to your physical senses and experience how your intuition can completely inform and guide your artwork. Begin this painting guided by all of your senses but your sight. Paint a multi-layered beautiful background and add intricate gold leaf sacred geometry/symbols.
Class 3 ~ Your Soul Star ~ Connect with your inner artist and the gifts she re-awakens within. Paint a multi-layered, textured star speckled night sky with a focus on acrylic blending techniques.
Class 4 ~ The Doorway to Your Sacred Heart ~ This class was recorded above a waterfall, includes a Heart Opening meditation and painting a mystical waterfall with a glowing doorway of light. Paint mist, textured rocks, trees, and a doorway into another realm.

When does the course start?
October 13th 2024, 10:00am PDT
How does the course work?
Once you sign up and register you will receive an automagical email with all course details including your login link for the course, materials list, and a video to get you started. The course is broken down into 7 weeks (7 paintings) plus bonus content. We will gather LIVE together on Zoom for our opening ceremony on October 13th at 10:00am PST to begin our first painting together. Zoom is a free video conferencing platform we will use for our 5 live classes. Instructions for joining will be sent to you in your welcome email and before every class.
Each week you will receive a new video lesson that consists of 2 parts as we paint in layers. You will need 24 hours to let your first layer dry, and then use an optional provided pre-recorded video to complete your painting at your own pace. This course is designed for you to move at a pace that nourishes your heart and soul - we will speak on this in the opening ceremony. You have access to the entire course library as long as you need, meaning you can rewatch, rewind, fast forward and repeat classes as you wish!
We will have a live opening ceremony, live closing ceremony and 3 live open studio sessions in the middle to support your journey. The painting classes are delivered as pre-recorded videos to give you the freedom to design your painting practice around your life.
How long can I access the course?
How does a lifetime sound? You have unlimited access to every lesson in the course with the option to download and save to your device. Also, when you purchase this course you receive access to all future live classes as well as any updates and new videos for this program.
Do I need special software?

Linzy Arnott
is an international, published, award winning, self taught artist who has been represented in galleries since she was 16 and has been a full time artist since 2011, creating and selling over two thousand paintings. Linzy discovered early in life that the power of art held a depth and level of self expression that far outweighed what she could express through words. A life defining moment in an art museum in DC at 19years old, Linzy became keenly aware that the intention and energy poured into a painting was even more powerful than what a painting looked like, and that this intention could literally touch and heal hearts as it did for her that day. ~ Acrylic Paint: Linzy will be demonstrating with Liquitex Basics Acrylic. You can use this brand or any acrylic brand that calls to you: Titanium White, Unbleached Titanium, Silver, Gold, Alizarin Crimson Hue, Primary Red, Primary Yellow, Bright Aqua Green, Hooker's Green Hue Permanent, Ultramarine Blue, Cobalt Blue, Light Blue Permanent, Violet, Dioxazine Purple, Burnt Umber, Raw Sienna, Mars Black and any other colours that call to you.
~ Gold Leaf and Metallic Leaf Adhesive Size
~ Modeling Paste Gel Medium (Liquitex or other brand) 237ml
~ 7 Canvases 16x20 inches or larger
~Pallet knife and Paint Brushes: a 3inch pallet knife and soft synthetic paintbrushes (student grade is perfect). If you are painting larger than 16x20, make sure you have at least one paintbrush that is 1.5-2inches wide (filbert or flat style). A teeny tiny brush for intricate gold leaf, and a handful of sizes in between both flat and round (filbert) shape.
~Pad of canvas paper or watercolour paper for Colour Magic Practice & Play
Optional materials: tracing and transfer paper for adding gold leaf sacred geometry and symbols to your paintings. Glaze medium of your choice to finish and seal your masterpieces.
