“Painting From Your Essence came to me with what seemed like divine timing. This wasn’t just a painting class but rather a healing journey! “Like a firefly drawn to the light, I was drawn to Linzy’s class, Painting From Your Essence. I believe it was Linzy’s loving energy that grabbed me, not to mention her gorgeous use of colors. It’s true that what you send out, you attract. There’s a saying that goes something like this: The teacher arrives when the student is ready. I was ready to open my heart. I was ready to share my creations to everyone. I was ready to be vulnerable, to show the world who I am. I sent that message out to the Universe, and the Universe responded quickly.

“I was inspired, this Spring, by a few artists I followed on Instagram to try painting. Living my life (39 years so far) in a very analytical mind and job, I had never painted before, taken an art class, or really allowed myself to dive into the creative aspects of myself.  I went in to Michael’s (art store in Canada) and stood paralyzed in the paint aisle trying to figure out where to start. I decided to buy some acrylic inks and play with those for a bit. Seemed a manageable way to start by letting ink flow across a canvas. Shortly after this first art endeavor, my Instagram feed, recommended I follow @linzyarnott and as the universe works and creates in miraculous ways, this was two days before she was closing her sign-up for the Level 1 #paintingfromyouressence course. I was instantly inspired by her art and her approach to painting and I decided to signup. This is the best decision I have made for myself, in such a long time. I truly feel like my life has shifted in such a profound way over the past couple months. Working with Linzy, adventuring through amazing meditations and then learning about colors, layering, blending, making starry skies with an old paintbrush, and so many more acrylic painting techniques has been incredible. It still blows me away, that I have been able to immediately try these techniques on canvas and create beautiful works of art, and I have only being working with her for a month & a half. I already signed up for the Level 2 course and I am slowly working through that on my own time. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the wonderful Creator Community and Painting From Your Essence Tribe of spectacular humans from all over the planet, that have gathered through Linzy’s sharing of her HeART.  The support, encouragement and other beautiful art that is in my life every day now, is so inspirational. Introducing art into my life has been the most wonderful gift.  Introducing Painting From Your Essence and Linzy into my life has taken that gift and amplified it a 1000x in such a short period.
