This portion of the course is designed for you to complete at your own pace, taking as much or as little time as you feel called. The painting practices are really great for advancing your skills with blending acrylic. When working on the Soul Study for each of the 6 sections, please allow a minimum of 24hours for each colour as wearing this colour for a full day is a really powerful way to tune into its frequency and understanding your unique relationship with this colour. You can complete this whole guide in 6 days, or you can take a full week for each section it is entirely up to you! Listen to your intuitive guidance on this, maybe one colour stands out as needing more time to work with. 

Colour Frequencies are POWERFUL. They are used across many healing modalities as colour healing therapy. Colour frequencies have the power to heal internal organs, to cleanse, heal, balance, harmonize, restore our Divine Blueprint physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
